My tummy is really fat. I don't drink any alcohol. But some people say that reason for this fat is after eating, I sit down immediately--I can't do anything about this since it's the nature of my work. I already like the overall fit of my body except for my tummy. So when I eat less my stomach gets thinner; but my face gets thinner as well (which I don't like). When I try to regain the shape of my face by eating a lot again, my tummy becomes fat again. I just wnat to get rid of only my tummy fat and not on any parts of my body--what shoud I do?

saturated fat goes to your belly (like fat from meat) and plant fat spreads out more evenly (like from vegetable oils).

also try core-stregnthening exercises like basketball, tennis, lifing weights, crunches, medicine ball, etc.

Reduce starchy foods like rice, Soft (refined flour) bread.
Plenty of salad and water(no soft drinks)
more of streching and bending exercises
Some yoga exercises will help in reducing belly faster, with over all glow to the entire body, including face.
