Go for an LG.

32" HD LCD TV for about 600. 37" for about 850.

Excellent panels. Perfect colour and sharpness. They also have XD which is a built in image enhancer.

Hop this helps.

I've just purchased a Panasonic TH37-PX60B from PC World for £799.

Fantastic picture and sound. It has also received 'Best Buy' awards from What Hi-Fi Sound & Vision magazine, What Video & H-D TV magazine, and Home Cinema Choice magazine.

It's a plasma screen, but the mags all reckon it's better than comparable LCDs. They are the experts, after all...

The Sharp LC37GD8E is a really popular 37" at the moment, and it comes in just under your budget.

At 32" there's a much wider range, and the prices have dropped a LOT since Christmas. I really like the LG 32LB1D and the Samsung LE32N73BDX

the only problem with waiting in 2,3,4 months is you will still be saying the same thing. at least if you buy something now you get to enjoy it. when you do buy something just remind yourself that tomorrow you will see it cheaper somewhere else and accept the fact. if you can afford it enjoy it.
