Step ups.
Making sure that you lift off with your full foot on the step and stamping down through the heel will activate your glutes (butt).
Gradually increase the height of the step as you begin to do it easier.
Also increase intensity by using hand weights.
Keep the trunk upright. Leaning forward is 'cheating' and recruits the wrong muscles.
