Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and
are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions have to be taken.I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/ep7yg

I got a whitening set from my dentist. While they do make my teeth a bit more sensitive immediately afterwards, they go back to normal pretty quickly. I just don't keep them on my teeth too long. I use it maybe more often, but for less time. That seems to help with the sensitivity. Also, if you want immediate results, there's always Brite Smile. They just do whitening, they're usually located in the city.

Though it is kind of costly, you can get your teeth laser whitened. They put some sort of a gel on your teeth then shine a very bright blue light on them. It works beautifully. For less cost you can get a bleaching system from a dentist. That does not work as well and you can achieve the same results from Crest white strips. A good cheap way to get your teeth whiter than they are is to get a battery toothbrush and a whitening toothpaste such as Rembrandt.

Crest white strips. My friend said they made his teeth more sensitive, but I have been using them periodically and they work with no bad effects on the teeth.
