huge deep plain cheese cake without bs strawberrys or such and the thin vanilla crust -- and not graham crust. i have had fine chessecake in a ny deli etc. but this was in an albertson's in dallas. that helped me get adult onset diabetes type 2. so i ,cannot enjoy anything like that anymore. can only meditate and remember that cake, slice by slice. now reduced to a slobbering diabetic chanting buddhist mantras and meditating on ny cheese cake. is that all there is? One I made myself, a Blueberry Cheesecake, made using this recipe:

http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/recipe_views/views/4302

It was divine!! I took the advice of some people that had made it as well, and made my own blueberry topping, using blueberries, sugar and some cornstarch. Needless to say, this is one of my most requested desserts.

I like my cheese cake better - no bake, no eggs......is nice and rich and fluffy.

In school they are NY cheese cake.

I every try using no bake recipe but I use full cream whipped and fold into blended cream cheese and is was good too except it need to be refridgerated all the time unless you put some gelatin to keep its form.
