i recommend 360 istanbul.. there is beautiful food with beautiful view..But you have to make a reservation before you go.

I can recommend couple of places, what sort of music you like?
I would recommend you Pano, which is a wine house just opposite of the British Embessy, no live music though.
If you are into jazz, I would recommend Babylon, great jazz performance.

jazz bar in beyoglu (if its still there it is), also i used to go to "cicek pasaji" I am sure its still there but may be a little different now, I haven't been there for about 6 years now so, check the info out before you go just in case...have a lovely time..

The name suggests that you might get lost in transit. Far better to visit more popular and known places.

It is Megali odos tou Pera in greek, it is so nice, and you can stay in Cihangir. It is plenty of shops this part of Istanbul, wonderful. Going down the street, you find the place of tunel..U ll like it. Constantinopolis is always amazing...
