Hey you alot goes on in Norwich and do you mind NOT calling country people carrot cruchers.Thats a typical ignorant townee remark.
NORWICH is your best bet,

I would say Newcastle Upon Tyne because of the nightlife, and northern people tend to be more friendly. Bournemouth is a very expesnsive place to live being on the South Coast. Norwich are full of Carrott Crunchers, but its a nice place.
