I can assure you....no one here can help you.

What you need to do is see a doctor right away!
It may be serious and the longer you wait the worser it might get.

Help for this should be sought from the emergency room. Bleeding from the anus is never something to fool around with for too long. Could be as simple as hemroids or could be something more serious. The stomach pain suggest to me maybe something else. Sometimes long-term or severe diarrea can put strain on the anus and cause some tearing/bleeding....don't know....Please see a doc asap.

Son, i had the same problem 2yrs ago and it made my stomach sick, i am 53 yrs old and always been in good health, but that problem lasted me 2 month and I also drank a few beers every day and had diarrhea, stomach cramps, bleed from the rectum too.
I got over it and I'm doing fine now, but please go and see a doctor, I've lost to many dear Friends over the years because of little things like that.
Good luck

you need to see your doctor. To rule out whether this is just another case of IBS you can have a faecal occult test done. Obviously we already know there is going to be blood in your faeces. There are many things that may cause this bleeding, such as IBS, or even bowel cancer. Your doctor may recommend you have a colonoscopy where they will have a look throughout the rectum, large intestines etc. to see if they can locate anything which may have caused the bleeding.

Bowel cancer is one of the most common cancers throughout the world, and can affect young people. Please see your doctor and get it checked out!

goodluck

You may have a stomach ulcer. I wouldn't consider it an immediate problem unless it's an extreme amount, bleeding like if you cut yourself with a broken glass or something. If you're not feeling faint don't freak out about it. I would definately see a doctor or a Gastroenterologist ASAP though.

Dark blood usually means its internal and organ related. Light rosy blood means you're wiping too hard or need a better TP. Other possibilities are cancer, crohn's disease, ulcers. Bite the bullet and go to a doctor. You can't get diagnosed from the internet.

It could be just fissures (cuts) in the anus. Even a small amount of blood colors the water in the toilet, making it look like you're bleeding a lot.
See your doctor to make sure it isn't something life threatening like cancer!!
