I didnt lose any weight,how can i possibly lose weight?

If you burn more calories than you consume, you will lose weight. If you are exercising and not losing weight, I suggest that you take a close look at your caloric intake.

Cardio burns fat (calories). You have to shoot for at least 30 minutes of any activity that get your heart rate up. Once your body gets used to that you have to push yourself to go farther and/or faster. If you are also doing strength/resistance training (which you should be doing also), this may reflect as weigh gain as muscle weighs more than fat. I suggest you hire a personal trainer at your gym. He or she can evaluate you and set you with a regimen that will work for you and teach you proper form and technique. Best wishes!

Continue to eat right and exercise be patient it wont happen over night
