I just adopted a 2 year old white cat. Its a girl and she has a milky-gray streak on the top of her head. She also has one blue eye and one yellow eye. She is very shy and dosile. I want something that is playful and unique/interesting. Any ideas?

She is deaf in one ear, apparently common in white cats with blue eyes, so I've called her Mozart. Moe for short.

You know, I always found that given time to get to know each other, the perfect name always comes to you. Give it time - she won't care...

All of my pets have been named after food. My dog i used to have was called Popcorn and my cats i have are called Salt and Pepper.
How about Dream? After the white chocolate 'cadburys dream'.
Or just a normal human name. Or something different like Misty. But in general, i dont think it is right for someone else to name your cat. It is your cat and you should be the one choosing its name. But good luck. Im sure whatever you choose will be perfect. I love cats.
Ps. My two cats are silver tabbies. Grey with silver (not pale grey) stripes that sort of shimmer.

Take your time and get to know the pet.
Naming a pet according to their personality is always more satisfying.
I recently found a kitten out by the road and half dead. Through nursing her back to health I found myself saying "good girl" so much that G.G. (gigi) started sounding good. As time went on I also noticed gentle girl, glutton girl, and best Greg's girl.
She became G.G.

hi. She is obviously a special cat and deserves a unique name. I got ideas for naming my pets from a human baby naming book. You can borrow from library or even look online. The RSPCA website gave me some great ideas too. hope this helps.
