NO! thats not what that means. 91 db is how loud the speaker can get, with 1 watt, and a certaint freq. it also depends on the enclosure and where you put the subs, as to how loud they will be. you will probabley be in the 130-140 db range. and thats just a guess. the world record holder hit over 180 db, and that was with 13 subs and god only knows how much power. you wont have anything near that.
good luck, and hope this helps.

amplifier power+enclosure volume(size)+vehicle dynamics
you need to use a db tester, most good car audio shops have one, it is accurate enough to design sound systems and their acoustics. the car has alot to do with it as well, there is an entire theory regarding audio and it's contents, but for more bass you need more cone area.......1-15 is more cone area than 1-10", so you move more air........equalling more bass........equalling a bigger box.
an amp with BIG power is where you want to start, subs are cheap, and a box is just dimensions with the right type of wood.
go big! i like seeing old people upset from the bass of cars, part of the reason i install them!

You use a decibel meter, that's the only way. And you don't add two sound levels and use the sum, that's moronic.
I hope you go deaf thumping you butt down the road while irritating the crap out of us regular folks.
