Garlic. You can use it on so many things. It's also good for you. Don't worry, I won't breathe on you, though.

I love Dunn's River All Purpose Seasoning, it has a great celery salt taste that is just so savoury. I like rich spices, like paprika things that give a real deep flavour to the food.

Basil. And though it's not a spice really, that Sri Racha sauce (big red bottle with rooster on it) -it's a hot chili sauce good on basically any food. Yummm.

Well i have a lot.... I prefer cinnamon and nutmeg. Rosemary is another I like to use for chicken and potatos. n
