Controlled by my mind and spiritual being.

As per the bible, our body is the vessel to contain god's gift, including the holy spirit. As such we should keep it clean and holy so that when god gives freely of his holy spirit it can be contained in the vessel, that is our body. We are more like keepers of our own body to look after its welfare than that we own it.

Our body is a given to us by Allah as a safe custody/trust/deposit ( amaanat) which we hav to give back ...... without spoiling it with tattoes and stuff which harm our body ....... we do not own it to do what ever v want wit it.
