Do you drink a lot of coffee? Caffeine stays in the system for over 10 hours, if you drink a lot and drink it late it will stop you sleeping.
There are other possibilities, of course, no fresh air when you're asleep -- other nutrition issues -- physical problems, most people could do with seeing a chiropracter to sort out misaligned joints because suppressed aches and pains can cause lack of sleep.
And if you want more, er, energy, for the nights then you'll need to handle any physical issues.
Hope that helps.

There can be a lot of reasons that you're tired, but you need to tell more about it. Are you taking any medication? Perhaps you are allergic to something like wheat gluten that is making you tired? Maybe it's a low grade depression, anemia, or some form of immune disorder - minor to serious. We need more info, to try to guess at a reason. The best advice I could give would be to go to a doctor and ask them. As far as getting through the day eat properly and try caffeinated or energy drinks.

I having the same problem. I am exhausted all the time no matter how much sleep i get. Im looking into anemia, thyroidism and diabetes. But it could also be a hormonal imbalance or depression. It worth going to the doctors to have some tests done to get to the bottom of it.

get a blood test, you could be low on iron, you might need vitamin b. most women feel tired either their overworked, and not eating the right daily intake suppliments. see your gp for the blood test. or start by eating more red meats, spinach and fish, could be a sign of mild anemia that comes and goes.

Maybe you are getting either not enough or too much sleep... both can make you overtired.
Have some Pro-Plus. or I like to munch on jellybeans, they are nice little sugar hits for small bursts of energy throughout a boring work day!

depending on yr age you may be winding down from yrs of having a partying life and yr body is catching up-if you are under 40 you may need a LOT of sleep on weekends...and with a BF now you will have to talk to him about needing sleep sometimes...your body let's you know when you truly need it!
