Any ladies who've done it before , would you please inform me about which is the best procedure and how long will the pain last after its done? Will my breasts feel different (stiff or unnatural)?

dont go to big for your body size! if your an B size and get FULL D's you will not look like a D because originally you were a B and they put a full D on top of your B...making you like a DD! thats the main key with breast implants...so if your a B you should ask the docter for FULL B's or SMALL C's..they measure by "cc"! the best procedure in the world is through your nipple (not the areola)..its the smallest cut! heals fast great results! but you have to find a doctor good enough! when your an A size the place the implant above the muscle tissue..the pain is less but your skin need to form to the new size! when your a B or more they place the implant underneath the muscle tissue..so it hurts a little more! not too bad! follow the doctors directions by kepping them in the bra he gives you otherwise they tend to stay up high and seperated...the better you follow the directions the more real they will look! don't go for the bellybutton procedure sometimes if not done right will look uneven! the only person good at that procedure is dr.90210! my friend saw him..and the consulatation was 500$! normally the consultation is free hehe so unless ur ready to fork over the big bucks! just do ur research and ask around for a good doctor in your area..don't rush into it!

I've not had it done but I would say that saline compared to silicone implants is the best choice. I have friends who have done this and most say the pain was worth it.

Watch Dr. 90210 if you have cable... Does augmentations regularly. Having them go through your navel is great, leaves no scars. Opt for saline over silicone.....Most women look good after the first week...Doctors make you stop working out for a week and a half but want you to wait two......

An incision under the armpits is the least noticeable scarring. It took me about 2 1/2 weeks to recover.

well, go for it if you thinks it's necessary.. just be sure to have it done by professional doctors... also, be aware of the side effects that you might feel & be sure to treat it well properly as what the doctors advises... sometimes being natural is more better than breasts implants to avoid future complications... worry-free... good luck...

my friend has it and do it in Thailand, good deal and great place to have surgery.
I also want to have plastic surgery, but I want liposuction, and i recently find some information about it too. you can check it out too.
