bumps on my shin?

I get these bumps underneath the skin on my shin sometimes, directly on the bone. but they come and go and it is not from bumping my shin on things. when they appear, they dont really hurt. if i press on them hard enough, they do hurt and sometimes they turn into a bruise. i read that they could be calcium deposits. any advice?

you know calcium deposits don't really disappear, I am wondering if some small areas of veins are giving you trouble, maybe vericose veins. I would recommend you to see a doctor while the bumps are there, good luck
