Every time my neck cracks out I end up with a constant headache which eventually turns into a migraine, and the only way I can stop the pain is to go to the chiropractor. Any suggestions from somebody who knows how to stop the headaches? Thanks.

When you say your neck cracks, is it that you hear the crackling sound or you are cracking it on your own? if theres crackling sound you might have bone to bone rubbing against each other, you should have it check, signs of arthritis. If the chiro is already doing alignment and still you are getting the cracking, you need to tell him, so he can approach it in a different way.
Try some stretches for neck and back, try doing them before and after going to bed.
Heres some site where you can find some stretches and strengthening exercises
Feel better and good luck ^i^♥♥

There are no exercises because this is not a muscular problem. This also should not cause migraines. The crack of a joint is the sound cause by air trapped in the joint leaving quickly, this is not harmful to you. If you get headaches when you crack your neck you may be damaging your spine, see a doctor to hear what they say.

Start eating healthy and working out. And everything will start to fix itself. Also watch Loose Change cause it will make you so mad that the government caused 9/11 you will really workout hard.
