can pregnancy test give accurate results 2 or 3 weeks after sex?i tried 3 pt already..all negative..

Try at most 2 days before your next period is due to begin.
So if you are due on the 11th of January for example. Take your test on the 9th of January.
Most tests will pick up the hormone at that point.
Anything before that and you may get negatives.
Remember - you can get a false negative - you cannot get a false positive.

yes i had unprotected sex and a week later it turned up positive, the pregnancy test are quite good these days, they can pick up on your hormomes even in the early days of pregnancy when i went to my doctor a week after i took the test i had a scan and found out i was two weeks pregnant so if you have taken a pg test and it's negative your most likely not pregnant as they are 99% accurate but if you feel its wrong go see your doctor!!! (usually they just do the same thing a pg test which checks for the same hormones a pg test does)

Through my experience, if you feel ur pragnant, i suggest to you get your womb to be scan. It's ok if u found out there's still nothing in there yet rather u just believing that ur pragnant after the urine test result.
Last month, i delay my period, i went to a local clinic and got my urine tested. Guess what? The result was positive, so the doctor said that i was pragnant. i even tried the self pragnancy kit from the pharmarcy, and the result was positive.
Weeks after that, i went to a speacialist, and scanned my womb. And here's the worst part, the speacialist said that i am not pragnant yet. They exam my urine and even did the scanning all over again! The result was negative.
They found out the pragnancy kit that i've used is too sensitive. A slight changes to our hormone effected the result. So, i guess the product must be similar to the one that the clinic i went in the first place.
Moral of the story: Urine test is not 100% accurate. Pliz get ur womb scan to confirm ur pragnancy.

Pregnancy test are meant to conducted after you have missed your regular period. For accurate results you need to wait 7-14 days after you've missed your period. I guess there are products like CLEAR BLUE which can tell as earlier as 1st or 2nd day after you miss your period.
It's got nothing to do with the date of actually having intercourse.

Go to your doctor and get a blood test. I am assuming that your period is very late. Or are you under a lot of stress - I found that when I was really stressed my period would always be 2 to 3 weeks late.

To Be honest you never know with Preg tests, i'd recommend you go to a clinic, you will know for sure then if you are pregnant.

two to three week after having sex ,,, Your not pregnent... and Three test wow.
Usually HPT can usually tell you your pregnent withen a week of getting pregnenet.
but if you are that concerned got to the doctor and get a blood test. they are more acurate.

blood tests are the best for the earliest detection or EPT is a good urine test
