You can go to a salon and have it waxed. Another option is to get a hair depilatory from a pharmacy or store like Target or Walmart. The depilatory isn't pleasant smelling, but at least it isn't painful like waxing. Plus, you can do it yourself!

Wax it. Its quick and lasts for at least 2 weeks. It should eventually slow to grow and stop growing.
Or get it lazored off. Its a bit more pricey, but within 2-3 treatments you won't have to worry about it again.

Plucking or removing hair would not make it strengthen back thicker. the challenge is that collectively as the hair on your face has been worn down with the aid of the years to grow to be nice, once you pluck it, it is going to regrow at it is unique thickness, and might look greater coarse or darker than until now.

Where I live we use threading for removing facial hair, it takes off the hairs without causing any harm to the sensitive facial skin.
