I sunbathe topless regularly in on Greek, Spanish, Dutch & French beaches. I have sunbathed topless in a German park which is quite common. I want to know if I can do it in America or South America ? Asia ?

Yes, anywhere is Europe you can do it. It's no big deal here.

I am not a woman but a good idea is to go on a cruise. most have "topless decks". You can tan in the buff and have drinks served to you! Try the Mexican Riviera cruise it's great. you leave from Long Beach CA. and head down the Baja coast. There is a casino, disco, entertainment and tons of food 24/7
Try it I think you'll love it!

I'm not a woman, but I have seen women sunbathe topless in France, Germany, and Italy.

Nope. But I was surprised at how comfortable the Germans were with nudity. I was walking through the park one fine sunny day, and i didn't know where to look!! So may old people without clothes. EEEW!!

It's common on some very busy European beaches, but generally only the small-breasted do it. Girls with half-decent breasts don't usually need to expose them completely to get them looked at.

yep, Bulgaria, there are some great 'wild' beaches, mostly reserved for hippies...
