first day of my diet...will i make it to dinner time without munching on cheese & onion discos, ive got 2 packets just sat there , looking at me, wanting me to eat them....

oh discos i'd forgot about them..
i'm having childhood flashbacks...
cheese and onion delicious..
send them to me and then i will eat them for you...

Eat it in stead of looking them with sense of deprivation but eat with the food only and not independently,

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Put them in the bin - you'll only feel guilty if you eat them. Please don't eat them thinking I'll start tomorrow, it'll be something else sat on your desk tomorrow then and before you know it you've put on another pound or 2. PUT THEM IN THE BIN NOW!!!!!!

Not a chance! You might as well eat them today to get rid of them, then you can start properly tomorrow!

Throw them away - go on, do it!
Once you've eaten them, they'll be gone anyway. Throw them away, it could be as though you'd eaten them - theyr'e gone.
