I LOVE NYC, but now that i ve almost been 8 months in CA, i got used to it and started to like CA TOO.. I am so confused now... i dont know wheter to go back to nyc or stay in ca.. If i stay in ca, jobs are going to be better, less competition and cheaper education.. If i go back to ny i will be happier bcuz my friends are there but there's less jobs opportunities and more competitions.. also my classes are going to be more expensive.. I dont know if I should stay in ca for my FUTURE or just go back to ny. im afraid that if i go back to nyc to live my entire life after I finish college in CA, i will not like it anymore and want to come back to CA again. Living in nyc makes me feel better but now since im used to ca, im going to be dying in ny if it snows. i dont know wat to do. .. . I like partying and that means nyc.. there is no party in the bay area,ca but just study study study I am bored of this.!! my life is borin over here in ca..should I stay or should I go back to ny?

It's not the choice of cities, it's you. That is, you can be happy, or unhappy, wherever you are.The point is, you must decide what you want to do with your life; then you will be able to see how to direct your energies towards that goal; then you will find the best ways to reach that goal; then you will be able to see where is the best place to do it.

strong question. nicely I stay in l. a. and it truly is by some distance the perfect position to stay. i'm so on the point of each little thing you may imagine of. 20 minutes for the coastline. 30 minutes faraway from Six flags magic mountain. a million hour from the mountains inns. about 2 hours faraway from the desert. 4 hours faraway from vegas. a million hour faraway from disneyland. l. a. has this is united statesand downs yet its united statesoutweigh its downs. NYC is a lot extra of a organization city. l. a. is a sit back city extremely. No to many huge homes in l. a.. i do not understand the way you adult men can locate your way round NYC. supply l. a. a danger. you seriously is not dissatisfied have self assurance me. strong area to stay is Pasadena. verify it out. very great city.

Just live right now! Don't give yourself a headache. Just stay where you are now, and if you want to go back to NYC, there is always going to be a plane taking you over there, and there will also be lots of people waiting for you. For now just keep calm and whatever happens, happens. So breathe, relax, and live. I'm sure everything is going to turn out great.
Good Luck!

Anywhere else in Cali but the Bay area, I would say you are better off in NY. Yet since you are in the Bay area, stay there. By far it's the best Cali has to offer and it's quite high quality standard of living.

Oh, there's partying in California. You just haven't been. Stick around, make new friends but keep in touch with old friends back east. Yeah, I know NYC is hard to leave. Who knows, soon you might start partying CA style :-)

" LA's fine the sun shines most of the time
and the feeling is lay back
Palm trees grow and the rents are low
But you know
I keep thinking about
making my way back
Well I'm New York City Born and raised
But nowadays
I'm lost between two shores
LA's fine but it ain't home
NY's home
But it ain't mine no more."
Neil Diamond I am ... I said
Seriously, get over the homesickness and stay in CA. Fly east as needed to see your friends But finish what you started in CA.

If you do go back to NYC - wait for the summer so you won't have to deal with the winter - even though it is not bad at all this year.
