Most scar treatments are expensive. I would say use mederma. If your looking for a not so expensive way try vitamin K. Thats what some women use for spider veins on legs im sure it can help with scars too.

I've heard a product called Bio Oil works to reduce the appearance of scars and it's less than $20 from you local chemist
