In Genesis 17:1 God said that he is the Almighty God
In Revelation 19:6 God is mentioned as the Lord God Omnipotent.
In Colossians 2:2,3 In God are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

This is a misuse of the term verbatim and a fundamental misconception regarding language. The authoritative texts of the Bible are in Hebrew and Greek. The relevant section is the Old Testament which is in Hebrew which is an inductive language rather than a deductive.
However there are explicit statements to the effect that God is all-knowing and all-powerful. The very use of a term like "Almighty" indicates the latter.

It does (but I'm very bad with trying to remember where things like this are in scripture), God does enjoy playing dumb in order to be an effective listener, however (like in the garden of Eden, he actually asked Adam and Eve where they got the idea that there was something wrong about being naked).

I'm not exactly sure if it's worded exactly like that however it does say God is the Alpha and the Omega, the before and the after in Genisis. This itself is close to what you are saying however it's not exactly. So those exact words I'm not sure of.
