At an interview,if I have graduated high school in US, is it harder to get a F-1 visa?

Uhh, no. As long as you have ties to your home country, you should be okay. Just make sure to take plenty of proof that you're heading home (ie. job offer, family, owning anything, bank stuff, etc.)
