No being Dumb has nothing to do with trusting God. I am not saying people of lesser intelegance canm't trust God but they are not the only ones how do.

I think what you meant to say is whether people who are more ignorant of the world around them would have a higher tendency to believe in a God more blindly. The answer to that I would say would be yes because they have no information to contradict the embedded beliefs they have about God.
