NO you have only so many facial hair "follicles" and these never increase. A "follicle" is a hair root, that produces ONE hair. Your skin is your skin, it will not change follicles per square inch, and you can only LOSE follicles over time. And abuse of pulling out hairs will destroy that follicle.

No, that's a rumor. If anything, continuously picking it will cause it to stop growing after a while. I don't think there's much you can do for it. My boyfriend has patches on his face too. It's pretty common for guys to have patches where hair doesn't grow.

No - in fact, if you pluck the hairs, you may damage or destroy the hair follicle, which means you will end up with LESS hair, not more.
