I'm 20 and have my first girl friend that I want to be my girlfriend. How far in advance should I ask her out??? I don't quite know much about all this dating stuff, I asked her out for Sunday night on Sunday morning (idiot) and she was busy.

By the way, we can't just go out any night because she has a baby that needs to be watched (she lives with her parents, but still....), and she works 4 nights a week. Also, I have school during the day.

I would say try to give her at least 3 days notice so she can get arrangements made to watch the baby and whatever else . Give her a idea of what you want to do and how long you will be out so that all the ends are covered, and then when you do go there will be no problems!

LOL, yea girls usually like a bit more notice than that. If you two have known each other a while it's not such a big deal.
I'd say a few days maybe more. Call her on a Tuesday if you want to take her out the next weekend.

Goodluck!

Friday. Ask a girl out for Friday night. Every girl loves to be taken out on that day, she's always in her best mood too since it's the beginning of the weekend. Make sure you ask her out during the week. Always take her to a familiar place to you, and it doesn't have to be familiar to her.

Just talk to her and ask what is the best time for her. If you already know what a good day is for her, I say ask her at the very least three days in advance and at the very most one week in advance. Good luck!

3 days. Casually ask what her work schedule looks like and pick a day she's off three days is plenty of time to get a sitter.

A week is enough time. WITH a baby you need to plan.
