my tounge like has bumps on it and i think its li ke a mouth wash burn like from listerine thats the only thing i can think of how i got it but it hurts like alot and idk what to do is there anytrhing i can do/take that would help it heal better? they are like bumps in my tounge and it feels like a cold soar and or a burn idk its so annoying please help thnkas

You either have canker sores or thrush...I'd be more willing to believe you have canker sores. These are caused because you obviously have very sensitive taste buds. They can be from eating too much salt or spicy stuff...mouthwash falls into that category too. Switch to a kids' mouthwash, like bubble gum or grape.

For now though, there isn't much you can do except for maybe slowly sipping on ice water to relieve the pain until they go away.

Treatment:
The best thing is to leave it be. Don't rub it up against your teeth, or try to puncture/remove it. It will heal on it's own in a day or two.

For the pain:
Advil, 200-400 milligrams, depending on your body size. Read the instructions on the bottle first.

It's a mouth sore, give it a day or two to heal.

my tongue gets like that when i eat things that are really warm. drink some milk or cold water or gargle with salt water. it will help
