I wouldn't say that they are killing the west, but I think that maybe we are in an over tolerant society - surely we've witnessed extreme enough terrorist attacks to realize that you have to put your foot down somewhere. And now freedom of speech has gone full cycle, as at one stage it was ok to say what you believed in, but now, and I say this in a completely non racist way, but I was shocked at the Islam attitude to the cartoons, which i think was way over the top - lots of Christians were offended when Monty python's the life of Brian came out, but the didn't attack john cleese did they, and i felt quite sorry for the pope after what he said was completely misinterpreted and caused huge riots.
I'm not anti Islam, i just think that if i moved to an Islamic country would i be granted as much freedom to practice my faith as if a Muslim moved to a western country?

Idolotry and rampant sin are killing the west. God says in his Word that if you accept the strange God's of the heathen that he will give your wealth and land and blessings to them and then they will overtake your land. Hmmmm could it be that is what is happening in America. Many say the USA is not in bible prophesy, but God plainly says in his Word.....

No, it is the direction we have chosen collectively as a culture to embrace. There are problems that need to be rectified to everyone's benefit and we must all get involved, myself included. We are too materialistic. We are too imperialistic. We are too racist. We need to change our ways. Freedom, capitalism and democracy aren't the issues. As it is with drug addiction, it can be a personal problem. People have to be willing to change their ways and not play the victim so much. We should also judge and hate less, help more and provide opportunity, money and compassion for people. E.g. the homeless.
