I've heard that you can get "high" off of eating nutmeg, but that it is also very dangerous to overdose. What is a safe quantity of nutmeg to ingest that will also give me some of the interesting effects reported of nutmeg? "...1.0 g or more it is a mild to medium hallucinogen, producing visual distortions and a mild euphoria...Ingestion of as little as 3 g may cause dry mouth, fast pulse, fever, flushing and possibly death." -Wikipedia Do you think I should go with one or two grams? Or do I have to take a dangerously large dose to get "high"? I weigh approximately 100 lbs and I am 14.

And come on you guys. Telling me to "jump off a cliff" is not the answer to my question. I want intelligent answers. If its not at all safe to get high off nutmeg, then just tell me so, I don't need all this crap about me jumping off a cliff, jeez.

Nutmeg? Crack? Skip them all. Any amount is dangerous if you're looking for a high.

you should just jump off a damn cliff. I pick up people like you all the time. your body is different from everyone else in this world you take it and it may be to much for you and guess what. There is not an ambulace in this world that would carry anything to help you other than to keep you alive long enough to get to the ER but then you might already have brain damage and you end up in a nasty *** nursing home for the rest of you life. Find somehting else to do with your spare time man. forget about that stupid crap
