Man. :) The first thing you have to do is sober up! And when you do, you should call her. Ask her out. Take her somewhere nice and have fun. Somewhere with not much noise where you two can talk. And talk to her. Dont tell her everything cause you might scare her away. Take small steps. Leave some hints. And dont forget to make her smile. Find what makes her smile. There is a middle ground. You dont have to spill your guts and I wouldnt be ignoring her either. Just take her out a few times a week. Be honest and be yourself but dont be dramatic about it. Take it slow so you dont scare her off either.
Now go to bed, I doubt she wants to be with a drunk.
