well look at acts 1:3-5 you see that the holy spirit(Gods Spirit) descended on them. it appeared as tongues(the thing in your mouth) floating over their head with flames. this was Gods spirit showing in symbol that he gave the apostles the ability to speak in tongues....read down in acts and the tongues are listed acts 1:9partheins,medes,elamites and on and on. the languages the apostles spoke we were that of the non Jews when God gave the free gift of the good news to all nations.he gave the apostles super naturally ability to speak European languages to spread the good news. it wasn't gibberish or something not understandable. look in the part of the bible where Paul forbids anyone to speak in a way that is not understandable and get back to me. rattlesnake_76@yahoo.com on IM or email

Record it. A linguist could easily tell you if its a language or just BS. Languages have certain kinds of patterns a linguist can identify.
