Probably. It depends on what state you live in. If they charged you with it, I'm sure it is legit. You can look it up here: http://www.findlaw.com
or if you're not familiar with how to find a law, tell me what state you live in and I can find out for you. I majored in criminal justice in college and worked in law enforcement for a few years.

relies upon on the quantity and state. In some states now they are passing rules the place u get a citation for small quantities. Like a driving value ticket. (super thought!!) If he has greater parts and that they think of he may well be dealing it would desire to be a legal. If he smokes it around his infant u might desire to call De Fax OR make helpful his lady pal steps up and tells him he desires to take it outdoors.

totally, because you were in the room, colletive possesion being a collection of everyone in the rooms pot... your lucky they didnt charge you all with intent to sell, but i would say you could get out of it in court fairly easily if you could pass a drug screening

guess so, or they wouldn't have arrested you. too bad. in some states there is a limit on the amount you can legally posses. in other states there is no tolerance. you can be arrested for any amount, even residue. you must have been arrested in a no tolerance state.

REGARDLESS OF POSSESSION OR INTOXICATION. The cops/courts can charge you with anything they want. It always up to to defend yourself properly. Call a Lawyer.
