Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Nothing. It's a gradual affect that will take time. Instead of asking for diet sodas go all out and drink a regular soda. Instead of drinking 2% whole milk, get straight from the source. Wear heavier shoes and 2 or three extra layers of clothing if you need right now, right now.

Anything will help you gain weight. Cows get fat on grass. Try to eat lots of protein and work out. If you don't care about getting fat, try Mars bars.

Butter.
look for foods with very high fat content and not lots of sugar because sugar will make you feel full even if you're not.

Just eat larger portions, don't go the junk/dead food path though. Gain weight slowly though, as you would do if you were trying to lose weight.....................:)
