Ok so don't think I'm lazy I've looked at all the normal sites (Expedia, Travelocity, Kayak) but I haven't found much. Does anyone know of any special deals for non-stop or 1 connection service from Oakland or San Francisco into New York (LGA, EWR, JFK)?

Have you notice that those site (expedia, shepticket etc)
does not work with all airline

Try Jet Blue, Frontier, and others.
Go to http://www.SideStep.Com and you can easily search mulitple webistes with SideStep.
Sometimes the low price carriers are undercut by the other carriers.
