First of all you should trust the World 100%. I know this sounds crazy however let me explain it a couple different ways.

First one aimed at Christians: What would Jesus do? If a person that was known for stealing or such needed a place to stay the night; what would Jesus do. Would he lock everything up, tell the person no, or just let him stay the night.

point number two is kind of like psych 101. If you think bad things will happen then they will and visa versa. We can unknowingly cause negative things to happen just by thinking they will happen. I'll give you an example: If you thought your better half was cheating on you, you would subcontiously keep him/her monitored. You would always want to know who he/she was with, ect. This would end up causing a lot of friction between the 2 of you and your partner would end up cheating on you if not dumping you. However if you were the oppisent way; it would cause a better and stronger relationship. This is what i mean by you can cause negatives in your life just by being negative yourself.

third point is the truth: This World is actually pretty much balanced if not more good then bad. The truth is more people like watching the bad then the good in the World and thats why the news always focuses on the Bad. However good things happen all of the time. People save each other from disasters; people helping the needy, communities coming together, ect. ect. I mean really think about it. The best example I can give for this one is hurrican Katrina, 9/11. The news and the media was to busy focusing in on all the negatives (the government screwed up, how could we let this happen, shortages, racisms, conspiracies, death counts, ect.) that they hardly mentioned the relief efforts, people in other states even taking in some of the people from katrina, people coming from all over to help with the clean up of 9/11, all of the donations, even other countries supports.

The truth is it is easy to see the negatives because of the media, however I promice you there is just as much if not more good in this World.

Yes, having the additude I have does get me stepped on now and then, but is ussually very small and a lot of people will rush to my side if they think I need it. In other words the golden rule is actually true. "Treat others as you would want them to treat you". I treat others well and they treat me well, even the ones who have stepped on me in the past. I don't do it because I expect it returned towards me I just do it.

and yes trust God with all of your heart mind and body.

I hope this helps.

Nothing the souless Russian government does could ever take me by surprise.----Putin is a snake---what we need to do in this matter is to attempt to see who our genuine allies really are----form an alliance and do a little saber-ratteling. Georgia needs to remain free---the risk is great---Russia is cold and calculating---I think they are pushing to see what they can and can't get away with---if left unczeched (sorry couldn't resist the word-play)---they would likely get aggressively greedy and push till they could go no further---where we draw the line is unclear at this point. I feel sanctions are worth a try. The next few days will make a big difference in the world's view (yes they are watching). We may very soon discover if our allies have any guts left.

Zero trust in the world?

I can't believe you really mean this. Maybe you're just trying to make the point that you personally can always trust in God?

I can trust the world about as far as I can throw it, and I don't believe in God. The only person I trust is myself.

You know the answer to that one honey. Yes while it is true that God made the earth. It has fallen because of sin. Humans used to live up to 800 yrs. Hence methusala (if you know the bible) after the flood life span dropped dramatically and boy do i mean dramatically people are lucky and i mean really lucky to even reach 100. Yet alone 800. The world will turn their back on you. People are becoming more and more selfish, cruel, wicked and sinful. Compassion and love are slowly disappearing and soon the love of many will wax cold. We can only wait for the coming of God. I hope i am alive to see that day even though i would like to grow older like into my fifties and sixties though. People are destrying the earth. With the pollution. Killing one another and the species of living creatures around them. Destrying trees, hills, valleys, and pastures for their own selfish gain. Priding themselves in material things but can't bother to help the poor and needy. Esp. the children look at children in africa who dig in trash can for foods and the little rich white chick who CAN'T LIVE if she doesn't find a top to to with her shoes. There is no need to nod your head in agreement or tell me i am right. Because i know from my own personal experiences. Hope this helps

Well, since God created the world and set things up so the world would be the way it is, then how can you possibly trust God? According to the Bible, he's an arbitrary, tempramental SOB.

Far more than I can trust some stone-age philosophy that tries to convince me the Earth is flat and that the Sun rotates around it.
