If you are wasting time on the computer and have not taken her to the vet then you should be reported for animal cruelty and neglect .............animals are so innocent and can't help them self's ...

Sometimes this just happens. Older dogs are very susceptible to illnesses, and may have picked up an illness while on a walk or if she had contact with another dog. The vet will be able to run a couple of tests, like a blood panel, to check and make sure everything is okay. Try not to worry too much until you see the vet. I have an older dog, so I know how stressful acute ilnesses can be

we had a husky that was weak and we took her to the vet they said IF she made it through the night she MIGHT live our vet was good and she survived after a month or two of living day to day she was only 1 at the time but she was bad i would call a vet it could be something serious or it just might be old age she may be giving up and getting ready to move on like the others said i would call the vet to find out for sure if your vet is not in i would try to find a 24 7 vet

certified vet tech here . how long has it been since you dog has had vaccines . make sure you check his bowel movements . make sure they are not runny . she sounds very sick and this sounds serious get her to her vet make sure they do a full CBC or blood work . your dog older and will go down very fast if you do not get her in . lethargic is bad . if you her bowel movements smell different as well could mean she has an infection or even parvo if she or he is not up to date on vaccines keep water and food close to her though . do not let him or her get dehydrated . just keep an eye on your husky and get her into the vet first thing . or call and emergency vet clinic and bring her in tonight , this sounds serious . from being healthy one day and down the next something has hit your dog hard , possibly even that knew dog flu . but like i said there are lots of other things as well that could be going on .

I know emergency vets are really expensive, but you are risking this dog's life by not taking her. I just got home from the emergency vet about 2 hours ago because my dog was very sick. If you love your dog, it should be worth the money.
Drinking tons of water could mean diabetes.

No obvious answers to this question. Without examining her, I don't have a better idea for you than to have her see a vet. I would say Parvo but I'm going to assume she's been vaccinated by now. Take her for medical attention,it's probably something serious.

Did somebody actually say parvo? Ok, NOT parvo, but elderly dogs can develop a wide variety of things. All of it is extremely concerning, so call an emergency veterinary clinic and get her there quickly.

ok obvious answer. call an er vet now!!!!!!!!!! stop reading. you are going to be neglectful if you keep reading. go on.....why are you still here? call the vet. you really think someone's going to be able to help you on here? this is not live veterinary chat with a video phone and a blood machine available to do retinal scans to tell you what's wrong with your pet. you should be asking what's wrong with you to even be on here asking this. call your vet. they will have an emergency number for after hour care. jeeese
