You have already done all you can do, the best thing you did was get a lawyer. You probably didn't faint or have a seizure, and they would have to prove that in court. Your Lawyer can also help you if he feels the Drs aren't doing their jobs and giving you the best care. My brother was in a work related accident, and they sent him home from the hospital with a broken arm that gangrene had set in. It was 3 years before they found out his neck was broken too. He died 13 years later due to his heart being injured. So PLEASE keep your lawyer informed and go for all you can, meaning tests and things until you know your ok. Plus I hope you win all the money you can.

You need to talk to a workers' comp attorney. They routinely deny the claim at first if they possibly can, and then you have to fight for it.

You mention having an attorney, but is he a workers' comp specialist? If not, you probably do need one. But be forewarned; it takes real time to perfect your claim. Once you do, however, you will get the money they owe you from the start. Most often it is a lump sum if you get over the injury. But if the injury caused permanent damage, you might get a regular monthly benefit.

you're actual lined below his workers comp insurance. As on your vehicle, that one is going to be somewhat difficult...yet no longer tricky to get dealt with. considering that there have been no employer autos obtainable to you on the time, and he had you're taking your guy or woman own vehicle to run artwork appropriate errands...on the clock.....greater beneficial than possibly his insurance employer/broking provider will deny duty. that's ok, via fact then you definately will ought to sue him and carry him in my view in charge for the damages on your vehicle. What ever you do, verify you're taking pictures of your automobile and collect up each and all the suggestion from the day of the twist of destiny. Get the mileage for that day, yet in basic terms mileage you place on your automobile for his errands. Make a log with the cases, date, mileage (from errand to errand), and phone the places you went to. Your boss has no danger of prevailing in a court room. enormously considering which you have been on employer time. sturdy good fortune, and it quite is important to start searching for distinctive employment. it is going to get gruesome.

The only way to get your comp is to take them to court and get your neurologist to testify. They are going to screw you over and over until you get them into real trouble.
