i was looking for safer options than fish for omega three fatty acids while i am pregnant.

i couldn't find any good details online.

the prenatal vitamins i got only have 50% RDA of vitamin A so i thought if the fish liver oil isn't preformed it would be a good source for vitamin A and D and the omega three fatty acids.

Thank you I did learn from your question, well this link may answer some questions on how to improve your vitamin A intake. It does talk about liver but not fish liver in specific. I would look at the same website for info on Vitamin D and Omega 3 since it is a reliable palce. Otherwise I would recommend to talk to a pharmacist locally and ask them to help out, one of their beiggest references for this is PDR version or suppliment on herbal stuff or vitamins etc, good luck
