I believe most dreams are self explanatory. Keep your eyes open for animals in need of help and people around you also in need of your help.

Cat
To see a cat in your dream, signifies much misfortune, treachery, and bad luck. However, for the cat lover, cats signifies an independent spirit, feminine sexuality, creativity, and power. If the cat is aggressive, then it suggests that you are having problems with the feminine aspect of yourself. If a cat is biting you, then it symbolizes the devouring female. Perhaps you are taking and taking without giving. You may be expressing some fear or frustration especially when something is not going as planned. If you see a cat with no tail, then it signifies a lost of independence and lack of autonomy.
To dream that you chase the cat away, signifies that you will overcome your obstacles.
To see a white cat in your dream, denotes that you are going through difficult times.If you see a black cat in your dream, then it indicates that you are experiencing some fear in using your psychic abilities and believing in your intuition. You may erroneously associate the black cat with evil, destruction, and bad luck.
Kitten
To see a white kitten in your dream, signifies deceit and trouble.
To see non-white or soiled kittens, indicates trouble ahead for you.
Basement
To dream that you are in a basement, symbolizes your unconscious mind and intuition. The appearance of the basement is an indication of your unconscious state of mind and level of satisfaction.

Anna L....I am no dream interpreter...but it sounds like you are being warned about what is coming. As a Christian I know God warns us sometimes of coming events. He also said in the Bible.... Acts 2:17 "And it shall come to past in the last days, I will pour out My Spirit upon all flesh, your sons and your daughters will prophecy, your young men will see visions and your old men will dream dreams." I assume you know what prophecy is: It means something in the future. We are now in the last days, all the signs Jesus told us would start taking place has now begun. There is going to be a horrible war, If you read the Bible Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39 speaks of it, it uses the ancient names of Russia, (Magog) Iran(Persia) and the other Muslim nations. What I mean about maybe God is warning you, is for you to repent of your sins, before this takes place. Like I said, I'm not a dream interpreter...but this sure sounds like what I mentioned. Anna, I too have had dreams that come true, I know what you mean.

Usually, a building in a dream is representative of your own body. The basement would be representative of your abdominal area, and a hunger usually indicates some sort of lack. I don't mean to sound crude at all, but could it be that you are not receiving the sexual attention you would like to have?
