if you are really depress and there is nobody to share your fellings with, simply pick up a notebook and a pen and write down whatever running into your mind, but write honestly,,,,,,after writing you must read your thoughts and feelings and you will feel better,,,,trust me, it is very effective.....o yes do not forget to garbage all those thoughts written on paper.....

Over the last five years I had begun to have increasingly withdraw into a downward spiral of depression..
But now with the method I can fully focus my energy and thoughts into a decisive line on how to make my life better constantly. And it works like magic! I'm beginning to attract people to me once again and things have just been looking up since then.

Upbeat music helps a lot. Anything you enjoy listening to as long as it's not depressing. Another indoor idea is to watch a funny movie. It helps to pull you out of being depressed, too. Something that you know makes you laugh. Laughter helps~

Ask and answer questions on Yahoo! You probably need more light. These are the shortest days of the year and some have problems with that. Busy hands make for an idle mind. I'm going to focus on cleaning! Go to flylady.net and have some fun there.

If you have it in you to be creative, start a picture collage, using magazine ads or other things you have. Work on a picture album for yourself or family. Find something worth reading, Clean your room, get things in order for the new year! Best wishes!

Do what usually makes you very happy and gives you a buzz... I would play video games and stuff, or just draw and relect on things.
you can also try new things you haven't thought you'd ever do... heh
