Its just the buildup of condensation.
Its fine to eat.
Besides, microwave foods need some water to cook properly.

The ice crystals form when the product isn't stored or handled properly, if it thaws and gets re-frozen. If it looks really bad, don't eat it. But if it's just a little bit of crystals, it's probably fine.

TV dinners usually taste pretty bad IMHO anyway. You shouldn't notice too much, might be a little more dry than usual.
