i'm trying to go to sleep but i can't cuz i have a really bad headache and i've had it since yesterday. I took some advil yesterday but it didn't work but today i took some excedrin and it worked for a little while then my headache came bacc and now its so bad i can't even go to sleep. What do i do? I really need to go to sleep because i have to go to tutorials tommorow and get some help on my homework (im a junior in highschool)

It may be too late to help you tonight, but you need to invest in Excederin PM. It will help you sleep and alleviate the headache.
Excederin, the normal kind, has a TON of caffeine in it (more than Mountain Dew!), so be sure to not take it anywhere near evening.
Turn off all lights and anything that can make noise in your room. Get covered in a warm blanket. Lie down and get really comfy. Get a cold washcloth and put it over your eyes. Try to not move unless absolutely necessary. That should help you sleep.
Do these headaches happen often? If so, get checked for migraines.
