Other than taste, it will have little crystal looking shivers of ice all over the actual food, not the bag or container.

The food will look like ice. It will have little crystals on it and it will just look wrong. You have seen how normal ice cream looks, well the freezer burnt ice cream will look like a massive snow flake fell into the container.

Ice cream will have ice crystals on it when it is freezer burned. Other foods will have ice crystals, or excessive "snow" on them. The texture of meats will change, as well.

I will look furry with little ice crystals on it. It aslo usually has a pretty noxious smell that I find hard to describe but pretty easy to identify. It will literally taste like it smells, which is bad.
