does anyone have any sites that can plan a diet for you for free
im trying to go on a diet.
i need a web site that can personalize a diet and exercise plan.
not a web site that tells me how many calories i need or w/.e
but the whole deal . cal/nutrients/exercise everything
and personalized for me.

im 5'1 and i weight 148 pounds. i need to go on a diet.
i dont have money.
and i have been trying to find a website that can meet my needs.

if no body has a web site can anyone specify some good diets that work ? (im not talking about just eating heathy ) im talking about real foods. how many calories i should eat and how many i should burnn.

i need suggestions!?

Go to your local library and get "Body Clutter" by Marla Cilley or research books on www.amazon.com and then go & check them out. Doing the work yourself will help you learn how to eat better and make the victory all that more sweet. Good luck!

Try the following directry...they do swimming wear for higher females however it is usually satisfactory for pregnant females because it presents help and dosn't make you appear frumpy. My recommendation could be to appear on the internet as there are lots of webpages available in the market that specialize in maternity put on that honestly appears high-quality!
