I have a sharp pain that keeps hurting, right under my right ribcage like below it, not exactly underneath.

Could be appendicitis, it could be your gall bladder, an infection of your pancreas or liver, or you could have an air pocket or a faecal mass trapped in your ascending or transverse colon.

There are a few other things it could be, but best to check with a doctor.

If you roll up on your toes, descend sharply onto you heels, and you find yourself in great agony, there is a good chance it is appendicitis, although it does not always mean appendicitis.
