The longest scheduled commercial nonstop flights that currently opperate are from Singapore Airlines:

SQ21: Newark (EWR) to Singapore (SIN); 10,314 miles (16,600 km); 18 hours, 40 minutes; Airbus A340-500
SQ22: Singapore (SIN) to Newark (EWR); 9,755 miles (15,700 km); 18 hours, 25 minutes; Airbus A340-500

The longest non-stop flight on a commercial aircraft (without refueling, since most commercial aircraft don't have that capability, anyway) was when the Boeing 777-200LR made a non-stop flight from Hong Kong to London - the long way (over North America). It took 22 hours and 43 minutes to fly over 13,422 miles.
