It's not THE quickest and easiest but it is quick, simple and delicious!
Buy a pre-cut whole chicken.
Rinse the chicken pieces and pat them dry with paper towel.
In a bowl mix two eggs and about 3 tbs of milk.
In another bowl have either flour or bread crumbs.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan under med. high heat.
When the oil is hot dip a piece of chicken in the egg mixture and then into the flour/bread crumbs and set it (carefully) into the pan.
Remove the pieces after they have a good brown on each side(about 7 mins per side).
Remove the done pieces and replace with the others until all are finished.
Place the browned pieces on a a plate covered with paper towel.
Now take an oven safe pan and lightly oil the bottom and sides.
Pre heat the oven to 350 - 400 (depending on your oven)
Cover the bottom of the pan with store bought, bottled spaghetti sauce. Add your chicken pieces in a single layer. Pour remaining sauce over the chicken. Put a slice of mozzarella cheese on each piece of chicken. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese or better yet sliced fresh Parm over the chicken.
Bake in a oven 30 - 40 minutes until top is golden brown.
It is delicious!
You can heat an extra bottle of sauce to serve over pasta along side the chicken. You and your guests will be very pleased, it is a much requested favorite at home!

Get the prebaked and breaded chicken patties in your frozen foods section, put on a baking sheet, place your favorite tomato or spaghetti sauce over each patty and bake in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Remove and top with grated Parmesan cheese and shredded Mozzarella cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
You can serve with pasta if you want. Lemon Spaghetti is a really good side for Chicken Parmesan. Just cook your spaghetti (1 pound) according to the box directions. In a skillet add 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, 1/3 cup olive oil, 1 minced clove garlic, 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Heat on medium just until warm and pour over spaghetti and mix. You can refrigerate leftover spaghetti and it tastes wonderful cold.

You'll need a can of bread crumbs (i use italia seasoned) chicken breasts, a couple eggs, a jar of marinara sauce (your fave spaghetti sauce will do) and mozzarella cheese
In a 9x13 baking dish pour a little of the sauce, and spread over the bottom of the dish. Beat the eggs, then dip each chicken breast in the eggs, and coat with bread crumbs. Lay them in the baking dish (they're still raw). when all the chicken is in the dish, pour over the rest of the sauce - you want to completely cover the chicken. Cover with foil, bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, then uncover and top with mozarella... i shred mine, but if I'm in a hurry, I'll just cut slices and overlap them on top. Bake another 10 - 15 minutes until the cheese is melted. Your done!
Enjoy.

Use the breaded pre cooked chick breasts from Tyson, throw in baking dish, put slice of provolone on top of each one, pour tomato sauce out of jar on top of chick, and bake for the amount of time it recs. on the bag - of chick breast. While baking, (20 -25 min I think) boil your spaghetti and bake garlic bread in oven at same time (diff pan of course) voila gourmet meal in under 30 min.
