I work at a doctors office and majority of the time when patients have gastric problems or gasteritis with GERD we refer the patient to a GI specialist and writes prescription for that dx. Meds include: prevacid, nexium or aciphex. You should see a doctor first.

There are three main causes of Gastric problems - not eating when hungry, overeating and stress or lack of sleep.
Get rid of one or all the above and you will be O.K. To help use antacids or drink milk.

Need more info than 'gastric problems'.
Symptoms too generalized.
